Subject: My Hero
 

He flew through the air as the man of steel;
Being Super Man on TV gave him quite appeal;
He saved the planet and so must more;
Protecting us from Villain’s like Lex Luthur;
Then came the day of great tragedy.
When he fell from a horse for everyone to see;
The fall was so bad he couldn’t even talk;
Once flying through the air, now he can’t even walk;
Such an event would have brought most people down;
Instead this event gave him a crown;
He became Super Man for people just like him;
Fighting everyday even though his chances was slim;
Fighting politics for people with problems just like his;
Using the influence he had earned in show biz;
He fought each battle, each and every day;
Until his condition finally took him away;
He showed what a super man is like off TV;
Fighting for rights for you and me;
Showing what a man can really achieve;
My hero of course is Christopher Reeve.
