After living many years in a marriage without love;
I was given a gift from the man up above;
We started off as friends with one simple date;
Little did I know it was going to determine my fate;
Get involved with someone younger, no way she did say.
After that first date we knew we would Wed some day;
When two heart connect, from the very start;
You do not feel whole when you are apart;
An answer to my prayers, he did send;
Not only find a lover but, a very best friend;
Connecting every day, through good times and bad;
Supporting each other through happiness and sad;
To have someone to spend with the rest of my life;
